Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and persuasive Brand Ambassador to represent Trade Launch Coaching. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand—engaging directly with tradespeople, home services business owners (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, contracting), and industry leaders. Your mission is to build community awareness, generate high-quality leads, and connect business owners with our proven coaching and scaling programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Trade Launch Coaching at industry trade shows, local chamber events, contractor associations, and networking meetups.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with trade business owners, identify their business challenges, and qualify potential coaching clients.
  • Assist in creating organic video content, testimonials, and local community outreach to increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key local industry vendors, suppliers, and contractor networks.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding setup, and follow-ups for live workshops, events, and webinars.
  • Log client interactions, gather market feedback, and report weekly outreach metrics to the Profit Center Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in sales, brand ambassador roles, event marketing, or trade industry customer service.
  • Understanding of trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, listening skills, and an approachable, outgoing personality.
  • Self-starter with a hustle mindset who thrives in dynamic, target-driven environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/regionally for events and meetings.

Profit Center Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Profit Center Manager to oversee regional brand growth, sales operations, and lead generation teams. In this role, you will directly manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, manage regional revenue performance, and drive market expansion. You will serve as the bridge between field marketing and business execution, ensuring all team activities translate into profitable client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, onboard, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors. Set KPIs, track performance, and hold team members accountable for outreach goals.
  • Manage the budget and profitability for your assigned market/region, ensuring high ROI on field marketing, events, and team compensation.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to maximize event attendance, discovery call bookings, and program enrollments.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, field shadow sessions, and sales coaching to help Brand Ambassadors hit performance targets.
  • Partner closely with business coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client journey from initial ambassador contact to program onboarding.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize positioning and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in sales management, team leadership, or general/profit center management (B2B service, trades, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven history of building, scaling, and managing high-performing field sales or marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, unit economics, conversion funnels, and margin optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and execute quick operational pivots.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and CRM software management skills.

Compensation & Growth

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Profit Share / Performance Bonus based on regional revenue
